What is the maximum processing temperature these glitters can endure?
Our specially coated aluminium and high-temp PET glitters maintain color integrity and shape at melt processing temperatures up to 220°C (428°F).
Do these flakes shear or degrade in twin-screw extruders?
The flakes possess high mechanical integrity and are engineered to minimize shear degradation during standard masterbatch pelletization and blow moulding.
